Sauce 4 tbs butter 4 tbs Flour 4tbs French Onion soup mix 1 tbs Beef bouillon granules 1/2 ts Pepper 1 cup red wine 1 c Sour cream 2 Tbs Paprika 1 T basil 1 tsp roasemary
1. Combine venison, pork, onion, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, beef granules and pepper well. Shape into small meatballs; brown. in oven at 350 for 25 min.
2. Mix flour, paprika and salt; stir into drippings in pan. Add about 2 1/4 cups water, stirring. Return meatballs to crockpot and pour sauce over.
Note: To use for fondue, add 1 teaspoon flour to mixture.
